How to find my purchased tickets
Open and save your tickets right after your online payment.
Lost your Smart ticket? Check for an SMS tagged as LAxxxx, where xxxx refers to the Reservation Code.
Can’t find your printable ticket? Check your junk mail.
Tickets remain reserved for 15 mins in the basket, after which they disappear automatically, and a new reservation is required.
In case you paid for the ticket after the time-out period and it was debited from your account, but you didn’t receive your ticket(s), please contact without delay TicketMachine.com customer service at service@lippuautomaatti.fi.
Smart Group Ticket
The Smart Group ticket can be printed out or forwarded via SMS or e-mail for the number of copies specified for the group at purchase.
The Smart Group Ticket permits non-consecutive entries with the same pass code (or reservation number). However, a consecutive entry for eg. a group of six is more straightforward. Once all entries for a group have been registered, entry control will announce the completion for that group ticket.
